How have you been able to increase headcount in a flat market?
We’ve grown headcount by 20% organically, driven by strong demand from both existing clients optimising their business applications and a surge in net‑new customers choosing Pragmatiq for modernisation and AI‑driven transformation.
2026 has already seen some big stories around AI-driven chip shortages and the rise of sovereign cloud.
What mega trend do you think will most shape the year for your company?
The rapid adoption of AI‑powered business applications and Copilot solutions is transforming customer expectations, and we’re seeing unprecedented demand to embed practical, secure AI into core processes.
Which competitor or peer do you respect the most, and why?
P2P is a key go-to-market for Pragmatiq and we ensure work with many partners that deliver genuine value rather than volume. We partner with like-minded businesses who are consistently raising the bar for customer experience, technical quality, and long‑term outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem.
What’s a fact or quirk about your company most people won’t know about?
Despite rapid growth, we maintain exceptionally low customer churn and consistently achieve some of the highest project satisfaction and adoption rates in our sector.
Does the rise of AI and automation make it less likely you’ll continue to add headcount at the same rate in the coming years?
AI is accelerating our productivity, but it’s also significantly increasing demand. We appreciate roles will evolve, however we expect to continue growing to meet customer needs.
Name one thing you have planned for the next 12 months
Pragmatiq will be launching new product areas that enhance our core strengths across Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio AI Agents. These additions are designed to complement, not compete with, the services offered by our valued partner network.
