Its UK business enjoyed a “positive year” in calendar 2024 as revenues rose 8% to £302.8m.
Administrative costs at the UK arm were down 5% thanks to the full-year impact of a cost reduction programme commenced in 2023 (average monthly headcount fell from 265 to 224 year on year).
Having acquired Nordic subsidiary Nowgen Distribution in 2016, CMS rebranded it as ‘CMS Distribution AB’ in September 2025 in a move CEO Frank Salmon described as “a natural next step in our growth story”.
Operating in eight countries, CMS claims to employ around 500 and serve 8,000 customers globally.
