Role: Managing Director, Town & Country Communications

What’s been your business high point of the last 12 months?

Merging our comms company with an IT company to allow the full comms package.

Name one thing your company is looking to achieve in 2026

Supply multiple products to our existing clients.

What keeps you awake at night as a partner leader?

Maintaining maximum customer satisfaction and retention.

Is AI being over-hyped?

I can see the benefit of AI for efficiency but we will be continuing to run our business with a personal and human touch.

What’s been your most successful internal AI project to date, and why?

Have not even attempted to integrate this into our business.

Can you share a surprising prediction about how UK IT channel partners or the UK IT channel will evolve over the next 5 years?

I have no idea how this will all pan out but I think keeping it simple and not over selling feature-rich products will generate more customers.

Which tech gizmo (hardware or software) could you not function without?

Whatsapp.

Which three famous people, dead or alive, would you invite to a dinner party?

Roger Moore, David Bowie and Billy Idol.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

Keep it simple or I will lose interest!

Which tech figurehead has impressed you the most this year, and why?

Mark Zuckerberg because of the Meta glasses. I do not think these are for everyone but I have seen the benefits of these glasses for one of my customers that is blind and another with multiple sclerosis and it is a game changer.
