Having spun out its DWS arm in 2021 and shuttered its Allvotec partner services business in its year to 31 March 2023, this Oakley Capital-backed “end-to-end” IT and comms provider now operates two divisions serving corporates and SMEs, respectively.
The former, ‘Daisy Corporate Services’, saw revenues widen 7% to £208.2m during fiscal 2023 on the back of organic growth (and its mid 2022 Sungard customer purchase). Supercharged by several acquisitions (notably XLN), the SME arm’s contribution surged 56% to £209m. Total revenues rose 27% to £417.2m, stripping out discontinued activities, while adjusted EBITDA advanced from £68.1m to £91.5m.
Oxygen ice-breaker: Daisy claims to have 185,042 SME and 1,936 corporate customers.
