You’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing IT solutions providers by headcount. What would you attribute that to?
Our growth is driven by deep AWS expertise, strong industry partnerships, and a relentless focus on customer value – whether it’s cloud migration, modernisation, AI, or FinOps, we help businesses optimise and scale with confidence.
What’s your biggest growth bet for 2025?
Expanding our AI & Data Analytics platform, launching AI as a managed service, driving EUC & modernisation, scaling cloud migration services, and helping ISVs monetise on AWS through a joint venture with Cloudable.ai, led by ex-AWS strategy lead Greg Finigan.
What’s been the biggest tech let down of the last 12 months?
The gap between AI hype and real execution – many businesses want to leverage AI, but the biggest challenge we see is that their data isn’t structured or optimised for AI-driven insights. Without a solid data foundation, AI is just another buzzword. That’s why we’re focused on helping businesses modernise their data to make AI truly work for them.
Name one thing your company has planned for the next 12 months
We’re expanding our Partner-Led Enterprise Support and Managed Services offering, integrating CloudOps automation, AI-driven optimisation, and migration services to deliver proactive cloud management at scale—supporting AWS resellers, distributors, and global enterprises across our expanding international footprint.
Which industry peer do you respect the most?
My co-founder [Adam Thornton] —he went from distribution to Microsoft, then built and led the Hybrid Cloud & Security practice at Bytes, helping it become one of the UK’s largest resellers. He’s adapted to the cloud services world in record time and excelled at it. A sharp strategist, a top-tier operator, and—importantly—one of the best socialites and drinkers in the industry I’ve had the pleasure of working with!
