Its average monthly headcount doubled from 25 to 50 between its fiscal 2020 and 2023, with the lion’s share of the growth coming in the latest period.
The Hampshire-based outfit appointed a Commercial Director, CTO and Cloud Services Director in September 2022. “Our firm has always been seen as a smaller, heavy-hitting consultancy, but the time is now right for us to expand our team,” Rutherford said at the time.
