“Distribution will grow into a different beast in the next few years”

Quickfire Q&A with Managing Director Michael Lloyd

What is Nuvola’s sweet spot?

With our deep understanding of the communications environment and the support of PS, we provide our partners with a comprehensive wrap-around service for UCaaS and CCaaS, particularly focusing on Microsoft Teams ecosystem.

Which product, service or vendor has stood out for you in 2024?

Got to be MS AI Copilot.

If you could change one thing about your business at the stroke of a wand, what would it be?

I would invest heavily in marketing.

When will the UK distribution market return to growth?

One to two years, driven by AI, digital transformation and through a focus on innovation and investment. Additionally it will grow into a different beast in the next few years and distributors will look totally different to 10 years ago.

Name one area of your business where you are expecting to add staff in 2025

Data management, as we have implemented new processes to improve business operation with new ERP deployment, alongside utilising some of the technologies we sell I would see new technologies will drive efficiencies in our business.
