This Irish Oracle and Microsoft partner stepped up its UK expansion in 2023, acquiring Automation Logic and Qubix in January before revealing plans to create 500 new jobs at a new Birmingham ‘technology hub’ in September. Its UK subsidiary saw calendar 2022 revenues romp 43% to £105.5m. Harbouring an aim of increasing in size by ten times under new backer Partners Group, Version 1 claims its total revenues top €350m.
