What is Tech Unlimited’s sweet spot?
We help people grow their attach rate with devices. That’s our USP. We fulfil orders, we have great product, and we do all that with our eyes shut. But when a reseller says “I’m selling 100,000 Chromebooks, laptops or tablets”, our specialist subject is saying to them “let’s work with you to get your sales team to get their attach rates up”.
Which product, service or vendor has stood out for you in 2024?
Tucano. Because of the business we’ve won and how Tucano is now on major educational frameworks and is the go-to product. The other big success we’ve had is with Deqster.
If you could change one thing about your business at the stroke of a wand, what would it be?
I wish we’d started five years earlier. The market has wanted a distributor like us, and the last five years has proven that.
When will the UK distribution market return to growth?
For us, we’ve had five years of year-on-year growth. In terms of the UK market, we’re not experiencing that, and next year I guarantee we’ll have growth again.
