Having sold up to Gamma Communications for £19.5m in January 2024, this Ericsson-LG distributor is now part of the LSE-listed comms outfit’s ‘Gamma Business’ division.
The West Sussex-based distributor turned over £15.1m in calendar 2023, Gamma’s last annual accounts show (that would represent a 6% year on year rise).
Buying Pragma (formerly known as EnableX) handed Gamma access to Ericsson-LG’s iPECS UCaaS solution, which it said has 15 million users worldwide.
Pragma contributed £9.7m to Gamma’s first-half 2024 revenue total.
