Starting life in Paris in 1981, UFP now operates in Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Spain and the UK and has sales in excess of €1.26bn.
According to its website, it is a first-tier Pan-European distributor for brands including HP, Lexmark, Canon, Epson, Samsung, and SanDisk.
Based in Bradford, its UK arm employed an average of 95 staff last year.
