Role: Founder, Constor Solutions
What’s been your business high point of the last 12 months?
A standout achievement has been retaining our Dell Titanium partnership, which validates the strength of our business. At the same time, we’re in the process of moving into larger offices to accommodate our continued expansion
Name one thing your company is looking to achieve in 2026?
In 2026, we’re focused on strengthening and scaling our managed services business, alongside driving greater adoption of AI solutions. Both represent significant growth opportunities and align closely with where customer demand is heading
What keeps you awake at night as a partner leader?
Apart from the usual ‘waiting for the kids to get home’ thoughts, it’s the uncertainty around IT supply chains. The real challenge isn’t just availability, it’s understanding how those constraints shift customer buying cycles and making sure we stay ahead of that as a business.
Is AI being over-hyped?
I wouldn’t say AI is over-hyped. I’d say we’re in a phase where value is clear in specific industries like fintech, VFX, manufacturing and retail but we haven’t yet fully unlocked cross-sector use cases. The real step forward is scaling it into repeatable business outcomes across more industries.
What’s been your most successful internal AI project to date, and why?
Our most successful internal AI deployment is the sales assistant, running locally on a Dell Pro Max GB10. It’s a sovereign, on-premises AI persona with full knowledge of our vendor portfolio, customer context, and sales methodology no cloud dependency, no data leaving the building. We use it daily for proposal drafting, competitive positioning, and customer research.
The GB10 platform itself has become a live demo asset and we show prospects exactly what privacy-first, air-gapped AI looks like in practice, which resonates strongly with our regulated-sector customers.
Can you share a surprising prediction about how UK IT channel partners or the UK IT channel will evolve over the next 5 years?
A bold prediction: 30-40% fewer channel partners, but larger ones as massive consolidation/mergers/acquisitions are expected.
Which tech gizmo (hardware or software) could you not function without?
My mobile phone.
Which three famous people, dead or alive, would you invite to a dinner party?
Mohammed Ali
Mahatma Ghandi
Mother Teresa
If you had a warning label, what would it say?
Approachable and laid-back, but firm when it matters.
Which tech figurehead has impressed you the most this year, and why?
Michael Dell has impressed me for his vision, strong growth, and social impact.
He’s helped drive major share growth at Dell Technologies, especially as the company expanded into AI, cloud, and data infrastructure.
At the same time, his work through the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation supports children’s education and health, showing impact beyond business.
