UK software vendor HALO says it wants to drive 90% of implementations via the channel following its latest exec hire.
The ITSM, PSA and CRM specialist today unveiled Adam Godfrey as its new EVP of Field Operations.
Godfrey boasts over a decade’s experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, most recently heading up ServiceNow consultancy GlideFast’s EMEA business.
He has been tasked with strengthening HALO’s global partnerships and developing its professional services capabilities.
Halo said the hire will support its objective of driving 90% of its implementations and 70% of its licenses through its distribution and partner channels.
Saying hello to HALO
Privately held HALO is notable for guaranteeing its customers that it will not be involved in any mergers, acquisitions or private equity deals for a rolling 10-year period.
The Stowmarked-based company claims it has enjoyed a growth rate of over 300% over the last three years.
HaloPSA was recently held up as a disrupter by Canalys after it grew its share of the RMM and PSA market from 3.1% to 5% in Q3 2024.
In a LinkedIn post this morning (see bottom), Godfrey said that HALO’s annual revenues recently past the $100m mark.
“Adam’s extensive experience will complement our team perfectly as we continue on our path to become market leader in the service management space,” said HALO CEO Paul Hamilton.
Godfrey added: “I’ve witnessed HALO’s impressive growth and its expansion beyond ITSM into key areas such as PSA and CRM.
“Having previously enjoyed working alongside founders, when I met Paul, heard his story, and gained a deeper understanding of the HALO way, I knew this role – along with the disruption HALO can bring to the industry – made it the perfect opportunity for me.”
