High-performance networking VAR Kubus has unveiled a new CEO following its private-equity takeover last year.
The Cirencester-based Juniper Networks partner – which ranked 135th in Oxygen 250 2025 – today unveiled industry veteran Jeremy Keefe as its new leader.
Previous CEO Andrew Humphrey opted to step away from the business earlier this year “due to a change in personal circumstances”, Kubus confirmed to IT Channel Oxygen.
Keefe’s appointment comes a year after Kubus snared a £9m investment from BGF.
The former Computacenter and Citrix exec’s CV maps onto Kubus’ tech sweet spots in areas such as UC, telecoms, contact centre, software, cloud solutions and managed services, the firm said.
Executive Chairman Paul Brennan dubbed Keefe “the right person to take Kubus on the next stage of its journey”.
“Aligning Jeremy’s cross-continent industry experience with our global coordination capabilities, innovative services, and highly accredited partner technology solutions, I am even more confident of our successful expansion,” Brennan stated.
Kubus in June announced it had become one of six successful companies to be accepted by JISC for the purchase of Juniper Networks equipment, services and support.
Its website trumpets partnerships with 20 vendors including not only Juniper but also the likes of Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Extreme Networks, Pure Storage and Cato Networks.
“Following on from last year’s significant investment from BGF, I am joining Kubus at a pivotal moment in the company’s journey,” Keefe stated.
“I am looking forward to working with the talented team to drive sales, fully leverage the benefits of recent investments, and build on the company’s core strengths to become a global IT infrastructure and managed services partner.”
