What’s been your business high point of the last 12 months?
Delivering double-digit revenue growth and renewing all of our managed services contracts whilst increasing the adoption of AI-driven automation.
Name one thing your company is looking to achieve in 2026
In pursuit of our strategy to be the UK’s leading secure AI-enabled MSP, in 2026 we plan to create an AI-enabled workforce with integrated systems where people spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on innovation, customer engagement, and strategic thinking.
What keeps you awake at night as a partner leader?
Keeping up with the pace of change whilst maintaining service excellence through attracting and retaining the best talent.
Is AI being over-hyped?
No, it will change the world. I do think it’s being under implemented. The real challenge is moving from PoCs to responsible enterprise-wide adoption with clear governance, measurable outcomes, and strong change management.
What’s been your most successful internal AI project to date, and why?
Our most successful initiative has been introducing AI-powered knowledge management and productivity assistants in certain areas of the business. By making information easier to access and automating routine tasks, we’ve significantly reduced time spent searching for information and improved decision-making. For example, the utilisation of AI in qualifying and responding to customer proposals giving us a higher win rate and reduce bid cost
Can you share a surprising prediction about how UK IT channel partners or the UK IT channel will evolve over the next 5 years?
It is a case of transform or die. Successful partners will spend more on AI tokens than they do on employees.
Which tech gizmo (hardware or software) could you not function without?
Personally, I am obsessed with my Hume band and the data it provides on my key health and fitness metrics.
Which three famous people, dead or alive, would you invite to a dinner party?
- Maggie Thatcher – what can we do to make Britain great again?
- Neil Armstrong – to find out if he really walked on the moon
- Sir Bobby Charlton – How can England win this year’s World Cup?
If you had a warning label, what would it say?
Light blue touch paper and stand well back! Has an unhealthy obsession with customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Which tech figurehead has impressed you the most this year, and why?
Satya Nadella continues to impress me. His ability to transform Microsoft through a culture of learning, partnerships, and responsible AI leadership demonstrates that technology success is ultimately about people and the outcomes that can be delivered through a shared purpose.
