Q&A with Co-Founder and Managing Director Stuart Goldwater
What lies behind Pragmatiq’s lightning headcount growth?
Since day one, our focus has been on cultivating a strong culture and recruiting exceptional, talented individuals. We’ve always known that our employees are our greatest asset, and as our business has grown, we’ve kept that focus front and centre. We take real pride in how we recruit, train, develop, and build our team culture, and I would attribute our growth to that factor.
What do you see as your biggest growth opportunity for the next 12 months?
In the next year, our key growth opportunity lies in forming strategic partnerships with complementary organisations. By collaborating, we can expand our market reach and deliver transformative technology solutions to a broader range of customers, making a real difference in how they operate.
2024 would be a successful year if…
…we sustain our organisational growth, spanning headcount, revenue, client acquisition, and ongoing support for our existing client base. Our employees will continue to be instrumental to our success as we invest in their growth and development alongside our company’s expansion. With numerous exciting initiatives in progress, I’m looking forward to seeing those materialise in the coming months and where Pragmatiq will be at the end of the year!
What’s a strange or interesting fact about Pragmatiq most people won’t know?
Jamie and I grew up together and have been friends since school. Despite pursuing our careers in different sectors, we remained close friends and in 2017 we took the leap to set-up Pragmatiq. Neither of us had worked for a Dynamics Partner previously so it’s been a steep learning curve, to say the least!
