Redsquid’s fifth purchase of 2025 “changes everything”, the acquisitive MSP said as it confirmed its runrate revenue is now approaching £25m.
The London-based outfit this morning confirmed it has wrapped its tentacles around SOC provider Cyberseer.
Founded in 2014 by Garath Lauder and Adrian Hunt, Cyberseer has a fully integrated SOC and 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR) capability powered by its own ‘ASPECT’ proprietary automation platform.
It employs around 14 staff, according to its latest accounts.
Although Redsquid has inked deals with four other peers in 2025 (including Scottish duo Itek Systems Management and RedMosquito) landing Cyberseer marks a “major milestone in the company’s evolution”.
One of the few MSPs to hold certified B Corp status, Microsoft and Google partner Redsquid’s revenue runrate rises “towards” £25m-£30m with this latest deal, it confirmed to us.
“This is a transformation that changes everything,” stated Redsquid CEO Sohin Raithatha.
“No other UK MSSP unites IT, cloud, and cybersecurity capabilities with a proprietary 24/7 MDR platform and does so as a certified B Corp and Cyber Essentials Governing Body.”
Hunt will stay on as Redsquid Chief Security Officer.
“Becoming part of Redsquid marks an exciting new chapter for Cyberseer,” stated Lauder.
“Our SOC and ASPECT platform were built to give customers visibility and confidence in their cybersecurity. With Redsquid, we can take that vision further, integrating advanced detection and response with best-in-class managed IT and cloud.”
