Having already taken in Birmingham, Bristol, London and Manchester, Softcat’s group-wide office upgrade programme has now reached Dublin.
The LSE-listed reseller giant has made a “significant investment” in its office network over the last 12 months as it seeks to woo staff, customers and vendors alike.
Softcat’s goal is to create a more “vibrant and welcoming working environment”. And it’s not alone in that aim.
Having landed in Ireland in 2018, Softcat is aiming “to be the biggest in that market one day,” Softcat CEO Graham Charlton told IT Channel Oxygen in October.
It has now relocated its Dublin office to a new city-centre location offering double the space of the former location.
Overlooking the River Liffey, it is just a short walk from Grafton Street, Henry Street, Trinity College and Temple Bar.
“Being in the city centre puts my team exactly where we want to be – close to customers and vendors, easy to reach and ready to host,” stated Emma Donnelly, Sales Team Leader at Softcat Dublin.
Softcat relocated three offices during its fiscal year ended 31 July 2025 in the shape of Birmingham (November 2024), London (March 2025) and Bristol (April 2025). Manchester then followed in August.
Its new London office is one of the single largest floorplates in the city.
The new Dublin location includes four meeting rooms, collaboration zones with AV technology, private booths, a VC pod, a gaming area, a wellbeing room, and changing facilities with showers and lockers.
Softcat’s Irish address change comes after a Q1 trading update last month confirming it “traded well” during its fiscal first quarter of 2026, with “strong double-digit year-on-year growth in gross profit and underlying operating profit”.
