Acquisitive managed print outfit Aurora Managed Services has snapped up some of the assets of fallen rival Ethos.

FRP Advisory appointed was administrator of Ethos on 3 March.

Ranking 175th in Oxygen 250 2026, Ethos saw revenue dip 8% to £28.2m in its fiscal 2023 (its 2024 accounts were never filed).

London-based Aurora, which ranked 127th in Oxygen 250 2026, confirmed on 16 March that it has acquired the Ethos MSP business assets, staff and contracted customer base.

The deal will ensure Ethos’ customers will continue to benefit from the MPS services and support they are contracted to, Aurora claimed.

It comes six months after Aurora grabbed £13m-revenue rival Right Digital Solutions.

“This is another significant acquisition by Aurora as we continue to invest and grow our managed services business,” stated Aurora Chairman Robin Stanton-Gleaves.

“It is also a very important development for the many organisations who were contracted MPS customers of Ethos. They can now depend on the Aurora business to continue to deliver the managed services they need for their organisations, as well as benefitting from access to the full portfolio of managed services Aurora can provide.”
