Redsquid’s headcount has surpassed 200 after the acquisitive MSP squirted ink on its largest deal to date.
Boasting a customer base of 170-plus schools and academies, Redsquid’s latest conquest, Partnership Education, has nearly 80 staff and revenues of over £8m.
That makes it the largest of its 16 acquisitions to date.
Employee-owned Partnership Education MD Matt Perrett will now become Redsquid’s Director of Education.
“This acquisition represents a major step forward for Redsquid. Supporting the education sector has long been a key focus for us and Partnership Education brings exceptional people, expertise and shared values into the group,” Redsquid CEO Sohin Raithatha stated.
Redsquid’s six acquisitions last year included MSSP Cyberseer – a deal Raithatha characterised as a “major milestone in the company’s evolution”.
That purchase thrust its revenue runrate to “approaching” £25m-£30m.
It now styles itself as the only UK MSSP that is a certified B Corp, operates an in‑house 24/7 SOC, and is also a Cyber Essentials Certification Body.
Partnership Education marks Redsquid’s second deal of 2026, following its lunge for managed tech and cyber provider S3 in January.
One of several dozen UK channel partners to have joined the employee-owned revolution, Cranfield-based Partnership Education’s employees “overwhelming vote in favour of joining Redsquid”, according to the press release.
The goal now is to build a £50m-plus UK technology group.
