Q&A with CEO Alex Fagioli
What lies behind Intragen’s lightning headcount growth?
Intragen is a specialist European identity solutions provider. As such we really value the deep technical expertise of our team. Over the last 12 months we done a better job of explaining that value to prospective clients and delivering said value to existing clients through the managed services we provide.
At the same time we think that the market is coming towards us. Many customers have tried doing identity management on their own – but have now concluded that they need more help – on an ongoing basis.
What do you see as your biggest growth opportunity over the next 12 months?
Having been a bit boutique, the identity services market is consolidating. We think there is an opportunity to further accelerate our growth through acquisition. We need to build out our ability to serve those customers who want to work with an identity specialist (rather than an IT generalist) whose resources are all EU based (rather than offshore)..
2024 will have been a great year if…
…every one of our customers recommended us to a friend – because then our 2025 will be even better; recommendation/referral is the prize that comes from helping great people on your team do their best work for your customers.
Bonus question: What’s a strange or interesting fact about Intragen most people won’t know?
We have long standing team member who is former world record holder in indoor marathon at age 46.
