Advania UK says it’s a £452m-revenue business after completing its integration of two recent acquisitions.

Having leapt into the UK in 2021 by acquiring Microsoft MSP Content+Cloud, Advania added a substantial VAR capability last year via its double swoop on Servium and CCS Media.

As previously trailed by CEO Geoff Kneen, these two business are as of today fully integrated into Advania UK.

The move “solidifies Advania’s position as a dominant force in the UK technology market”, Advania claimed.

Chessington-based Servium turned over £32m in the year before its sale last June, while Chesterfield-based CCS Media was a £277m-revenue business.

The combined business claims to have revenues of £452m (up 3.3x on the previous year), 1,500 staff and approaching 10,000 customers. The Cisco, Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo and Microsoft ranked 26th in Oxygen 250 2025.

The move comes after Advania CEO Hege Store said the Sweden-headquartered powerhouse wants to become an “AI services provider” as it announced its acquisition of Stockholm-based AI consultancy The AI Framework.

At a group level, Goldman Sachs-backed Advania saw net revenue jump 11.3% to SEK 15.1bn (£1.18bn) last year.

Today, Kneen claimed the integration marked “the launch of a new kind of technology partner”.

“Bringing together the strengths of Advania with the extensive hardware and VAR expertise of both CCS Media & Servium takes our capabilities and customer satisfaction to the next level,” he said in a statement.

“Adding our recently acquired cutting-edge AI transformation capabilities of The AI Framework, we have now created a truly comprehensive IT partner for UK businesses as they prepare for AI-driven transformation and growth.”
