Cameo has enlisted two former Agilitas execs amid a wider leadership shake-up it says is designed partly to free up bandwidth for international growth.

The channel services outfit today unveiled former Agilitas CEO Sara Wilkes as its new MD.

Former Agilitas COO Michelle Would has also joined as Services Director.

This brings the number of former Agilitas execs in Cameo’s top team to three (following the recent arrival of former Head of Marketing Helen Boggs).

Cameo saw headcount swell to around 185 last year following its move to buy Agilitas’ customer base from administration. By December, it had taken on 12 of its fallen rival’s staff.

The Leicestershire-based outfit claims to have “the channel’s largest in-house engineering team”.

“You can’t just stop there”

Would and Wilkes’ appointment is part of what Cameo is billing as a “strategic restructure” of its leadership team for 2026.

MD Luke Horton-Walker will transition from MD to CEO in a move designed to support a renewed focus on international markets and “enhanced service offerings”.

At the same time, Andy Carter has joined from Wavenet as Finance Director (following the retirement of Paul Worthington). Laura Smith also joined the business six months ago as Sales and Marketing Director.

In addition to the acquisition of Agilitas’ base contracts, Cameo expanded its footprint with three new warehouses and bagged a national rollout across 35,000+ locations in what it billed a “transformative” 2025.

“2025 was a fantastic year for Cameo Services, but you can’t just stop there,” Horton-Walker stated.

“We have loyal customers to continue to support, and a new customer base we are determined to build strong partnerships with. My focus as CEO is to accelerate continued growth, ensuring our strategy aligns with the partner’s demands.”
