Role: Founder and CEO, IT Naturally

What’s been your business high point of the last 12 months?

Signing a new long-term contract with our longest-serving customer. More than anything, it’s a sign that they still believe in us, trust us, and want to continue growing together, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of.

Name one thing your company is looking to achieve in 2026.

We’re focusing on our five core markets and building even stronger relationships within them. We’d rather be known for doing a brilliant job in the sectors we understand than trying to be everything to everyone.

What keeps you awake at night as a partner leader?

Absolutely nothing. I have complete confidence in my team, and I know they’ll always do the right thing for our customers and each other.

Is AI being over-hyped?

Some aspects of it certainly are, but I also believe AI will fundamentally change the way we work. We’re only at the beginning of understanding its true impact.

What’s been your most successful internal AI project to date, and why?

Our most exciting use of AI has been in cyber security, where intelligent tools are helping us detect threats faster and keep both our business and our customers safer. That’s one place where I believe AI can make a genuine difference.

Can you share a surprising prediction about how UK IT channel partners or the UK IT channel will evolve over the next five years?

I’d love to see responsibility become a competitive advantage. My prediction or perhaps my hope, is that carbon neutrality and Living Wage accreditation become the norm rather than the exception.

Which tech gizmo (hardware or software) could you not function without?

Wordle! I play it every day, although not through the app because I’d rather not share my data.

Which three famous people, dead or alive, would you invite to a dinner party?

Ada Lovelace, because she was a brilliant woman whose ideas were far ahead of her time. Rosa Parks, for the courage she showed in standing up by sitting down. And Emily Davison, whose determination to fight for women’s rights, changed history.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

Warning: Caring too much may result in extreme levels of focus.

Which tech figurehead has impressed you the most this year, and why?

To be honest, I’m still waiting for a leader to emerge who talks passionately about people and the planet as they do about profit.
