Size: 30 staff

Acquirer: Arc Systems

When: January

Rationale

Acquisitive MSP Arc Systems moved to bolster its Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform prowess in January by snapping up Perspicuity.

Basildon-based Microsoft, Sophos, Mimecast and Veeam partner Arc has now made three acquisitions since snaring investment from Beech Tree Private Equity in 2023.

Its revenues rose from £8.2m to £9.7m in its year to 31 March 2024, according to its latest accounts.

Perspicuity employed around 30 staff, according to its latest accounts.

What they said

“By combining our expertise in Microsoft’s latest technologies, including AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Purview, with Arc’s robust infrastructure and managed services, we’re ideally positioned to deliver unparalleled value,” – Perspicuity Founder and Owner Ben Gower.

Noteworthy nugget

Arc now claims to have over 140 employees and over 600 customers.
