Snaps up similarly named Canadian peer Advantus360

Having purchased four peers in EMEA in 2025, Integrity360 has landed in North America with its latest acquisition.

The August Equity-backed MSSP today announced it has acquired similarly named Canadian peer Advantus360.

Dublin-headquartered Integrity360 bills itself as one of Europe’s leading cybersecurity specialists, with 750 employees in 14 regional locations.

2025 saw it gobble two South African nearshore providers and peers in France and Benelux (causing us to rank it as the year’s most-acquisitive channel partner).

August Equity invested in Integrity360 in 2021, two years after selling SecureData to Orange at a 7.2 return.

Having arguably made good on its initial pledge to “build a substantial leadership position across the European market”, August Equity is now turning its attention to North America via the project.

Founded in 2015, Calgary-based Advantus360 counts Palo Alto Networks as a key ally, and also works with Cisco, HPE, KnowB4, Algosec, and Mimecast.

“The acquisition marks a significant milestone for the group as it represents our first presence in the strategically important North American market,” Integrity360 Executive Chairman Ian Brown said in a canned statement.

“Advantus360 has for more than a decade established and has developed an enviable reputation for excellence in cybersecurity consulting and solutions. Its achievements in designing, deploying and supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions are particularly impressive and will be built upon by the whole Integrity360 group.”
