A European MSP investor with a “decentralised” buy-and-build model has made its fifth UK acquisition in the form of Iglu.
Your.Cloud today announced that 40-employee, London-based managed IT, cybersecurity and digital transformation specialist Iglu has joined its portfolio of over 40 MSPs across Europe.
Iglu adds to a growing Your.Cloud UK stable that also includes HDUK (January 2025), Comm-Tech Voice & Data (August 2025), Pure Cloud Solutions (April 2026) and Cloud Geeni (April 2026).
Mirroring US-based MSP investor Evergreen, Your.Cloud sets itself against traditional private equity buyers with its long-term, decentralised buy-and build model.
Those joining its group keep their own brand, leadership, identity and day-to-day decision-making while enjoying access to additional investment, strategic support, shared expertise and a wider network of MSP entrepreneurs, it claims.
It is part of Your.World, which was set up by Dutch tech-focused family office Strikwerda Investments.
Iglu’s warm reception
Iglu will continue to operate under its own name and leadership, with Jason Yeomans remaining as Managing Director, Your.Cloud stressed.
“Your.Cloud is a business I have admired for a long time; their customer centric and decentralised approach, means they retain the values of their group companies, but with far greater resource to empower customers through clever adoption of technology and security solutions,” Yeomans stated.
Built on the union of MSPs ISAAC Intelligence and Guidance Technologies, Iglu is itself no stranger to M&A. It snapped up Impreza IT in 2024 before acquiring London-based Mac specialist Supportplan last October.
