Five cities. One goal: rethink backup and recovery for MSPs

Expectations around backup are higher than ever. Customers don’t just want recovery, they want it fast, visible and without friction. Meanwhile, MSPs are managing more environments, more tools and more pressure to get it right first time, and the need to work with a 100% MSP-only vendor, that will support and never compete,  is a key component to success.

Against that backdrop, Slide is bringing its take on modern BCDR directly to the channel, with a series of in-person sessions taking place over the next two weeks.

EMEA roadshow dates and locations

The roadshow will visit key MSP hubs, with sessions designed to be practical, hands-on and focused on real-world challenges:

  • Dublin – April 13, 2:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Manchester – April 15, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • London – April 17, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Amsterdam – April 20, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Glasgow – April 21, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

The roadshow comes as Slide ramps up its presence in Europe following a $70 million Series B funding round and the launch of its EMEA operations, including a UK head office and German data centre.

More than a product demo

Rather than a standard vendor event, each session is built around the operational reality MSPs are dealing with today. Attendees can expect:

  • Open discussion on what is changing in backup and disaster recovery
  • Insight from MSPs already using Slide in the field
  • A live product demonstration
  • Hands-on sessions using AI-assisted tools and Slide’s API

The emphasis is on working through real scenarios, not just showcasing features. As Michael Fass, co-founder and CEO of Slide, explains, “We talk to MSPs every day about what’s getting harder – more environments to manage, more complexity, more pressure to get recovery right. But those conversations can’t just happen over tickets or calls. You’ve got to sit down together, look at real environments and work through it.”

Built for MSPs, not adapted for them

Slide’s core argument is a simple one: MSPs have been underserved by legacy BCDR vendors. Its platform has been built from the ground up with a 100% MSP-only focus, rather than adapted from tools designed for multiple audiences.

That thinking runs through its model, from continuous product updates shaped by partner feedback to direct access to technical support and a commercial approach aligned with how MSPs actually operate. Since launching in 2025, the company has onboarded close to 1,000 partners globally as it expands into new markets.
