ServiceNow has appointed Exclusive Networks as its first-ever EMEA distributor, shortly after its CEO talked up its credentials as a fast-growing cyber outfit.
Under the partnership, Paris-headquartered Exclusive has been tasked with driving $13bn-revenue ITSM specialist ServiceNow’s cybersecurity channel expansion throughout Europe and the Middle East.
The ServiceNow AI Platform is already integrated with many of the cybersecurity vendors represented by Exclusive Networks, the duo emphasised.

Exclusive said the deal will extend its role from value-added distribution to enabling AI-driven security transformation across the channel.
It comes seven months after ServiceNow acquired cyber exposure management Armis for $7.75bn.
On ServiceNow’s Q2 earnings call last night, CEO Bill McDermott said he regularly gets asked if ServiceNow is becoming a cybersecurity company.
“Here’s the answer. ServiceNow already was a $1bn-plus cybersecurity business. Today, our risk and security business is the fastest-growing of the top 10 cyber companies in the enterprise. I’ll make it very clear. We now have a 10-figure cybersecurity business that’s growing faster than all the other top cybersecurity companies,” he said.
ServiceNow’s security stack – which also includes its $1bn December acquisition of identify security specialist Veza – sits on top of its ITSM and ITOM core infrastructure, McDermott said on the call (see here).
“Think about it AI Control Tower plus Armis plus Veza,” he said.
ServiceNow’s total revenues for the quarter jumped 24% to nearly $4bn.
“As ServiceNow’s cybersecurity partner for the channel across EMEA, we are bringing together their market-leading AI platform with our specialist cybersecurity expertise, partner ecosystem and services capabilities to help partners accelerate growth and deliver better outcomes for customers,” Paul Eccleston, Chief Business Innovation Officer at Exclusive Networks, added in a statement.
