Utilize has nearly doubled its Sage customer base after selecting Sage 200 specialist tn4 Solutions as its sixth acquisition.
The Essex-based MSP, which ranked 207th in Oxygen 250 2026, says it expects to end the year with more than 150 staff and revenues of around £28m following the deal.
Boasting more than 150 Sage customers, tn4 will “almost double” an existing Sage customer base for Utilize that it bolstered in 2021 by acquiring M2M Solutions.
It is the Microsoft, SonicWall and Sage partner’s first acquisition since February 2025, when it snapped up Access Information Security.
The acquisition – which comes 15 months after Utilize gained B Corp status – brings four members of the tn4 team into Utilize.

“They’ve built strong customer relationships and bring valuable Sage 200 expertise that complements our existing team.
