Acquisitive MSSP Integrity360’s revenues now exceed €135m, its Executive Chairman revealed as it unveiled its latest purchase.

Backed by August Equity since 2021, Dublin-based Integrity360 super-charged its UK operation a year later by acquiring £28m-revenue, London-based McAfee partner Caretower.

A few acquisitions later, Integrity360 today announced it has gobbled down Germany-based cybersecurity services outfit Adsigo.

It described Adsigo, which has offices in Stuttgart, Hamburg and Zurich, as a “leading European PCI Qualified Security Assessor”.

Integrity360 said it will invest in Adsigo by adding a German SOC to its existing SOCs in Dublin, Stockholm, Naples and Sofia (which together employ 130 staff).

“The enhanced group will now significantly expand our existing activities and cyber services across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)  as well as offering the wider range of Integrity360 services to the existing customers of Adsigo,” Integrity360 Executive Chairman Ian Brown stated.

“With the addition of Adsigo, group revenues in 2024 will exceed €135m significantly up on 2023, and group resources to approximately 550 employees.”
