“It’s not changing our thought processes”

Growth credentials:

Having grown from zero to over 40 staff since it was founded in 2021, Forge Technologies topped the recent Oxygen Fast-Growth 50 2025.

Will the national insurance hike have any bearing on your recruitment plans?

It’s not going to stop our growth plans. Obviously, we’ve got to factor it into the model, but we’re not sat here thinking we’re going to change direction because of it.

We’ve got a really good tailwind behind us in terms of the clients we’ve already got, and a really good forward forecast In terms of the new clients we’re onboarding. So our staffing increases will go in line with the customers we’re onboarding and the projections we’ve got for the future. The financials have to be factored in, but it’s not changing our thought processes.
