Having swelled average monthly headcount from 18 to 225 between its fiscal 2020 and 2024, this Edinburgh-based, PE-backed Microsoft cybersecurity specialist made its first acquisition in September (in the shape of 80-employee Canadian peer Difenda).
Revenues shattered the £20m mark in its year to 31 May 2024.
Founded in 2016, Quorum Cyber plays in a managed detection and response space Gartner forecasts will grow from $1.03bn in 2021 to $2.15bn by 2025.
Recent moves
Quorum Cyber in January followed up its Difenda purchase by acquiring Kivu Consulting, another US company specialising in incident response.
