5. FSP Consulting

Deals announced in 2025: 3 – Stratia Cyber (April), Symmetry (July), Intuita (November)
Deal magnitude: 11 employees, undisclosed and 90 employees, respectively
Appetite for M&A
Having gobbled 90-employee Intuita Consulting in December, this Reading-based Microsoft consultancy claims to have 450 staff and revenues of over £50m.

FSP also has locations in London, Glasgow, Barcelona and Vadodara (India).
What they said
“This [acquiring Intuita] is a gamechanger. It elevates us to a unique position in the market in terms of the scale and depth of our AI and data capabilities and marks a critical next step on our growth journey,” – Simon Grosse, CEO of FSP
Background bulletin
FSP had “great fun” making a four-minute video marking the Intuita deal, Grosse said. In it, two employees stumble upon a top-secret meeting the two sets of execs are holding to discuss the deal.
