Normalised EBITDA rose from £2.9m to £4.8m. During the period, Croft continued to move beyond its roots in B2B mobile services. It also refinanced with Five Arrows Principal Investments.
The Microsoft, Gamma, Cisco and 3CX partner hasn’t publicly announced any acquisitions since that of NCI in June 2024.
