Deals announced in 2024: CloudCoCo Ltd (October), CloudCover (January)

Appetite for M&A

Having taken on LDC as its private equity backer in 2022, this Gateshead-based MSP announced two sizeable acquisitions in 2024.

The bigger of these – of AIM-listed CloudCoCo’s MSP business – was only completed last month.

That deal, for up to £9.2m and covering £7.3m of revenues (Leeds-based CloudCoCo is holding onto its reseller business), followed on from an announcement in January confirming it had acquired Glasgow MSP CloudCover.
