Appetite for M&A

Backed by a £50m investment from Rigby Group, this fledgling “next generation MSP” has already acquired four companies in its short two-year life.

Its two latest deals came this year, in the shape of £12.2m-revenue comms specialist Bamboo Technology and £13.5m-revenue Microsoft partner Twisted Fish.

It now claims to have 180 employees and runrate revenues topping £30m.

What they said

“With our four recent acquisitions we have a potent combination of expertise and skills to match the vision and drive that we have to take CloudClevr on a journey of fast growth. With 180 employees, run-rate revenues of more than £30m, and 2,000+ customers we have a very strong base for organic growth,” CloudClevr CEO Steve Harris.

Fun fact

Twisted Fish was ranked by IT Channel Oxygen among the fastest-growing UK IT channel partners in our Fast-Growth 50 report in March.
