CEO appointment: Lucy Dimes

According to a report in The Herald, Dimes is looking to increase the “pace and execution” of iomart’s strategy following the abrupt departure of predecessor Reece Donovan (and in October 2024 it did just that by acquiring Microsoft partner Atech for £57m).

What she said

“Atech’s reputation for excellence in Microsoft solutions and its highly accredited team are a perfect complement to our existing capabilities. This acquisition strengthens our ability to offer a complete range of cloud services to our customers, ensuring we continue to meet their evolving needs.”
