PE acquirer: Ethos Partners

Date: May 2023

Deal size: Ethos Partners provides between £3m and £10m in equity capital to “growing SMBs”.

IP Integration turned over £27.7m in its fiscal 2022.

Rationale

This Reading-based contact centre solutions provider has been on a journey of migrating its customers to the cloud and developing its own IP since current CEO Sat Sanghera took the helm in 2020.

Ethos said its investment in May will support the Avaya and Genesys partner’s “next phase of growth and innovation”, as well as facilitating the partial cash out of its shareholders.
