Exclusive Networks is aiming to help its partners displace “outdated” data protection solutions with latest vendor signing Druva.
The cybersecurity VAD this morning unveiled an EMEA-wide partnership with the “SaaS-first, cloud-native” vendor.
Druva represents the second signing in Exclusive Networks’ new data protection push alongside NetApp (with existing ally Rubrik representing a third key ally in this area).
Exclusive claimed that many organisations are still reliant on “outdated data protection solutions that are cumbersome, complex and costly”.
It characterised Druva as the “number one cloud-native data security platform”, claiming that its 100% SaaS platform can be deployed in under five minutes.
Boasting over 6,000 customers, including 65 of the Fortune 500, Druva last August broke the $200m SaaS annual recurring revenue mark.
“Exclusive Networks’ cybersecurity specialism and disruptive approach to innovative technologies makes them the ideal partner to help Druva challenge legacy data security methods, expand our reach and grow our business across EMEA,” stated Ian Parslow, Senior Director for Partners and Distribution at Druva.
“Their extensive partner ecosystem and proven track record of driving growth for innovative cloud-native solutions aligns perfectly with our mission to transform how customers protect and manage their data in the cloud era. We look forward to working with them and their partners to achieve mutual success.”
Data protection push
The news comes after NetApp last week appointed Exclusive as a third UK distributor, alongside TD Synnex and Arrow.
Exclusive had been looking to sign a “tier-one” data management vendor for several months, Exclusive UK&I MD Rob Tomlin said at the time.
The VAD is putting NetApp at the centre of a new ecosystem of non-competitive data management and cyber resilience vendors, with further vendor signings imminent, Tomlin added.
Paul Eccleston, SVP EMEA at Exclusive Networks stated: “Organisations are currently facing a huge data dilemma – how do they leverage data for business success while utilising, managing and protecting it across an increasingly disparate and complex IT landscape in the cloud, SaaS environments and on premises? With Druva’s data security solution, partners can now solve this ‘data dilemma’ and address their customers’ need for greater data security and resilience.”
