A trio of IT services providers have been named in a rundown of the UK’s fastest-growing founder-led businesses.
Channel services outfit Nebula Global Services, MSP ITHQ and identity-driven security specialist Xalient all made the cut for the ‘FEBE 100’.
The FEBE 100 ranks Uk-based, founder-led businesses based on the revenue growth they have shown in their two most-recent annual periods. They must also be profitable.
Nebula ranked 32nd after achieving a two-year CAGR rate of 105%. Its revenues hit £4.4m in its year to 31 May 2024.
West Sussex-based tech consultancy ITHQ came 63rd in the pecking order, meanwhile, thanks to its 68% CAGR rate over the same period. Counting Gatwick Airport and Jersey Telecom among its clients, its revenues stood at £4.1m in its fiscal 2024.
Both Nebula and ITHQ were founded in 2020, by Ross Teague and Scott and Dale Nursten, respectively.
Also making the grade – for a fourth year running – was Leeds-based Xalient.
Founded in 2015 by Sherry Vaswani, its revenues hit £85m in calendar 2024, translating to a two-year CAGR rate of 50.43%.
Backed by Volpi Capital since 2022, Xalient acquired two overseas peers in the second half of 2023 in the shape of US Integral Partners and Belgian Grabowsky. It ranked 95th in Oxygen 250 2025.
Nebula Global Services CEO Teague dubbed the FEBE 100 “a powerful celebration of entrepreneurial spirit”.
