Pulsant says its new Partner Cloud offering is central to its “bold partner recruitment drive”.
The digital infrastructure specialist’s new IaaS offering is targeted directly at partners who are looking to diversify their portfolios, expand their cloud reach and boost service offerings to access new market opportunities.
It will “put the full power of Pulsant’s platformEDGE infrastructure, directly into the hands of partners”, Pulsant claimed.
Its arrival comes just over a year after Pulsant launched its partner programme.
Partner Cloud offers a transparent, predictable commercial package and “industry-leading partner pricing”.
Operationally, in the first phase of partner engagement, Pulsant will commit to a 24-hour SLA to create new services, and a subsequent 4-hour SLA for any modifications to existing services. Once both the partner and Pulsant are confident in their use of the platformEDGE infrastructure, Pulsant will transition the partner to self-service provisioning via a dedicated cloud management portal.
“Managed service providers have different requirements to end users,” stated Wendy Shearer, Director of Partnerships and Ecosystems at Pulsant.
“They need consistent, competitive pricing for commercial advantage. They need an incredibly rapid response from partners, and they need confidence when building their solutions. This is what we have created with Partner Cloud.”
