Wanstor’s new owner is investing in the £27m-revenue MSP as a “platform for UK growth”, its CEO stressed following its sale.
The London-based Microsoft partner this morning announced it is joining forces with Previder, a 650-employee Dutch “end-to-end IT provider”.
It “stood out” in Wanstor’s sale process because of its “long-term approach”, CEO Francesca White said.
“Importantly, they are investing in Wanstor as the platform for UK growth, allowing us to retain the customer intimacy, entrepreneurial mindset and accountability that have always differentiated us,” she stated.
Five-year transformation
Counting not-for-profits and hospitality among its key verticals, Wanstor has over the last five years “transformed” its business, White claimed.
Its latest filed accounts show revenue advancing 12% to £26.9m, with managed services revenues rising from 35% to 37% of the total and EBITDA climbing 28% to £2.9m.
This “reflects the benefits of earlier investment in platforms, automation, and service capability now flowing through the business”, Wanstor stated in its accounts.
Growth during the year continued to be driven primarily by expansion within existing customers rather than reliance on new customer acquisition, with net revenue retention hitting 116.9%, Wanstor said.
A peek at Previder
Operating in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, Previder is part of Dutch MSP Odin Group.
Wanstor’s leadership team, customer relationships, service delivery model and strategic direction “remain unchanged in the near term”, Wanstor said of the deal, which marks the Dutch provider’s UK entry.

“Wanstor has built an outstanding reputation in the UK market through its customer focus, strong technical capability and differentiated approach to managed services,” stated Odin Group CEO Arno Witvliet.
“We have been particularly impressed by the team’s vision around digital employee experience, service intelligence, security and AI-enabled services. These capabilities align strongly with our own ambitions and make Wanstor a natural fit within Previder.”
