Trustmarque has bagged Microsoft Azure Expert MSP status in a development its CEO characterised as “a massive milestone”.
Held only by a select squad of Microsoft partners, the badge is designed to recognise partners that can “deliver the highest quality of managed end-to-end Azure cloud services”.
York-based Trustmarque was awarded the accolade following an assessment by a Microsoft-appointed auditor spanning all aspects of the customer lifecycle.
It comes after Trustmarque snared all seven Microsoft cloud partner designations in March 2023.
‘It’s incredibly thorough’
Talking to IT Channel Oxygen, Trustmarque CEO Simon Williams hailed Azure Expert MSP as a “massive milestone”.
“I didn’t realise until we started the process that it goes across the entire business. It’s not just ‘are you good at managing Azure?’.
“It goes all the way into your HR systems, marketing, operations and finance systems. It’s incredibly thorough,” he said.
Trustmarque’s Microsoft business is one of five main units following its split from Capita, alongside volume resale, Cisco, high-end testing (Acutest), and its newly acquired Livingstone business.
Notching up gross sales of £499m in calendar 2022, Trustmarque is looking to acquire again in 2024, Williams (pictured above opening Trustmarque’s new Glasgow office) recently said.
In a statement, Microsoft’s Global Partner Services UK Lead, Orla McGrath commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Trustmarque to the AEMSP program and to reaffirm their commitment to providing world-class Microsoft solutions in the UK.
“Their track record for Azure excellence and dedication to their customers makes them a trusted partner for Azure projects.”
