Norris urged Chancellor Rachel Reeves to give a “pro-business” budget on 30 October after relating how a partner at a Big Four firm had told him wealth creators are now leaving the country.
“The partner I talked to said a lot of people talked to them when Corbyn was around but nobody left, a lot of people talked to them during Brexit and nobody left… they’re going now,” he said.
