Asked about which is easier out of organic or acquisitive growth, Norris picked the former wherever possible.
He stuck the boot into a rival that acquired a $3bn business a few years back (we won’t mention names to spare any blushes). “You couldn’t find two more different resellers on the planet, but the press release started with ‘the best thing about this acquisition is our culture’,” Norris said.
