Chalks up growth to large-scale infrastructure projects

Misco has officially smashed the £100m revenue barrier some seven years after it was resuscitated under new management.

Accounts filed on Companies House last week show calendar 2025 revenue vaulting 39% to £119.3m.

This was more than matched at the bottom line, as pre-tax profits leapt 174% to £6.9m.

The accomplishment was first trailed by Misco’s leadership team back in December, with MD Adam Muir saying breaking £100m turnover seemed like an “impossible” goal back in 2018 (see bottom).

In its business review, the Northamptonshire-based reseller – which ranked 51st in Oxygen 250 2026 – chalked up its growth to “large-scale infrastructure projects”.

Continued expansion of the customer base and increased software and licensing activity also bolstered its top line.

Overhead costs, excluding exceptional items, rose from 4% to 4.5% thanks to “strong cost control and increasing operational leverage as the business scales”.

Kieran OConnor

Having taken on industry veteran Kieran OConnor as Solutions Sales Director in February, Misco moved into a new HQ in Rushden in March to accommodate its growing workforce.

Average monthly headcount rose slightly from 83 to 89 in 2025.

“This milestone isn’t just about numbers. It’s about the late nights, the tough decisions, and the moments where perseverance mattered most – alongside a team that supported each other through every chapter,” Muir said of its £100m feat back in December (see below).
