Who are the UK’s fastest-growing MSPs, MSSPs and tech solutions providers by headcount, and what makes them tick?
These are the two questions IT Channel Oxygen seeks to answer in the second annual edition of Oxygen Fast-Growth 50, compiled in partnership with Giacom.
Following the publication of Oxygen 250 in January, Oxygen Fast-Growth 50 2025 highlights some of the UK’s fastest-growing smaller MSPs and channel partners.
Only founded in 2021, this year’s top ranked Fast-Growth 50 outfit has grown from zero to over 40 staff in four years.
As a collective, this half-century of ambitious, entrepreneurial outfits employed 2,887 in their latest years on record, up from just 1,144 three years before.
They include a reseller with a four-day week, a Guildford-based IT consultancy whose motto is “take me to the cauliflower”, and a Bristol-based IT support provider which counts a contender on the current series of the BBC’s The Apprentice among its employees.
Several were founded or are run by siblings or life-long friends.
Three are certified B Corporations.
“We need to really put a spotlight on that community, because they are the engine room that’s going to create this success and help SMBs get on with technology,” Nathan Marke, Chief Strategy Officer of Giacom says (see more here).
To compile our Fast-Growth 50 league table, we analysed headcount data from the last four sets of annual accounts of over 500 MSPs, MSSPs, IT consultancies, resellers and IT solutions providers.
The 50 firms who made the cut showed the highest headcount rise over that period. And only 20 of last year’s alumni feature this time around.
Oxygen Fast-Growth 50 was born out of a recognition by both IT Channel Oxygen and Giacom that smaller channel partners represent the lifeblood of the channel, and deserve their own report.
