10. Evergreen

UK deals announced in 2025: 2 – Eureka Solutions (November), Inixion (December)
Deal magnitude: 84 and 22 employees, respectively
Appetite for M&A
This US-based “family of managed IT services and software partners” last June announced its 100th acquisition (in the form of Australian MSP REDD).
Under its ‘Lyra Technology’ brand, Evergreen already owns seven UK MSPs in the shape of The Final Step, Totality, Digital Origin, CIS, Certum, ITbuilder, CMS and Trustack.
Now its roll up in the ERP software space – via the ‘Pine Services Group’ banner – is also gathering pace here.
Pine Services Group snapped up two UK outfits towards the end of 2025, including 84-employee Scottish Oracle NetSuite and Sage 200 specialist Eureka Solutions in November.
This was followed by its purchase of 22-employee Sage X3 specialist Inixion in December (it also snapped up Irish Sage partner DB Computer in September).
Evergreen believes in “extreme decentralisation”, meaning it has hundreds of separate offices and brands, empowers CEOs who manage their own P&Ls and a razor-thin corporate team.
What they said
“Evergreen’s model is simple. We are on a mission to be the best home for businesses and their leaders. To achieve our mission, we are deeply committed to (1) creating a permanent home for businesses and (2) empowering our leaders through our decentralised operating model,” – Evergreen Founder & CEO Jeff Totten
Background bulletin
Totten and business partner Ramsey Sahyoun were inspired to start Evergreen after attending Warren Buffet’s annual meeting in 2017.
