“We’re building the capability to give that all-inclusive approach”

Neil Hall, CEO, Focus Group

Where does Focus Group stand on peer-to-peer partnerships?

In the SME space, we want to be a partner that creates capability across the segment.

Whilst we might have investments in other partners, we want them pretty close to Focus Group. For the size and customer base we go for, one part of our differentiation is being able to go from voice, connectivity and mobile to IoT, cyber, AI and data.

We want to be able to build all those capabilities. We couldn’t do that for the midmarket, but we can do that for the SMB space.

There are a small number of partners we’re reliant on, but we’re building the capability to give that all-inclusive approach on the technologies these customers need.
